Welcome to Glenwood Community Association

Glenwood is an award winning community located in the Centerville District of Virginia Beach.  The Association has a beautiful community pool and clubhouse, along with three playground areas, and approximately 40 acres of common area.  With Honeybee Golf Course winding through parts of the community, and four lakes in other sections, many homes enjoy scenic views. 

In addition to our single family homes, we also have the Glenwood Greens townhomes, and The Woodbridge at Glenwood and Villas of Glenwood Condominiums as part of our community.

Police search for men who allegedly tried to entice boys in Va. Beach

Oct 15th, 2015 VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WVEC) -- Police have a warning for parents in the Glenwood subdivision in Virginia Beach after two men allegedly tried to get the attention of three young boys Tuesday.

The incident occurred around 5 p.m. in the 3700 block of Castlewood Drive. According to police, the Hispanic men left the scene after they were confronted by a parent.

The men are both between 20 and 30 years old. The driver was heavy-set, and was wearing a red shirt. The passenger was wearing a grey vest, denim shorts and a red bandanna on his head.

The vehicle has damage to the front bumper and also had a yellow tree air freshener.

The license plate is unreadable in the released photo, but police say the vehicle has been seen in the area before.
